Thank you Leah for your help! We used Leah when we purchased our first home. We didn't have any doubts when it came time to move into our second home. Leah was always available to answer any questions I had, and explained everything in easy to understands terms. She always offered to walk me through any documents that needed to be signed and made sure that I was okay with what I was signing.

Andrew Davis, her husband was just as incredible as she was. He is a great friendly face to help with the process and filled with an immense amount of knowledge.

Leah was amazing throughout the entire process. I was selling my home on the other side of the country at the same time that I was buying in Illinois and her expertise was critical every step of the way. If you have ever been through that process, you know that it is challenging and timing is critical.

Any time I found a house that I wanted to view, Leah was instantly in communication with the selling agent and even able to schedule same day viewings on many occasions. She went out of her way to get to know the needs of my family and personalized a listing of houses in my desired areas. In the end, she helped my wife and I find a home that we love and hope to be in for a very long time. However if I do need to sell or buy again, I will use Leah Davis!
